Dispatch

In-stock orders are dispatched from Cromer, NSW within 1 business day. Order before 12pm on a business day and it usually leaves the same afternoon. Pre-order items dispatch when incoming stock arrives; the estimated timing is shown on the product page, and we’ll email you with an update before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping rates

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.

- Standard: $10
- Express: $15
- Local pickup from Cromer, NSW: free

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Local pickup

If you're on the Northern Beaches, you can collect your order from Cromer, NSW at no cost.

Choose Local pickup at checkout and we'll email you as soon as your order is ready — usually the same business day if you order before 12pm. Bring your order confirmation with you.

We'll confirm the exact address in your ready-for-pickup email.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, Australia Post estimates:

- Sydney metro — Standard 2-3 business days, Express 1 business day
- Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra metro — Standard 3-4 business days, Express 1-2 business days
- Perth, Hobart, Darwin metro — Standard 4-7 business days, Express 2-3 business days
- Regional and remote — Standard 5-10 business days, Express 3-5 business days

These are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak periods, or in the event of weather, industrial action or other disruptions.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment your order is dispatched — check your junk folder if you haven't seen it within 3 business days.

If something goes wrong

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, that's ours to fix, not yours. Email hey@iwanatrailer.com.au and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund. You don't need to chase the carrier yourself — we'll do that.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that apply to every product we sell.

Delivery addresses

We ship to street addresses and PO boxes only. 

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hey@iwanatrailer.com.au straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once an order has left us we may not be able to redirect it, and parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address will be re-sent at your cost.

International orders

We ship within Australia only.
